STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MINI CUPCAKES RECIPE

  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Gently remove the cupcakes from the liners and pipe with cream cheese frosting. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 4 ounces brick-style cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
